Closure Information

Dear members and friends of Up Aerial Fitness,

 

It is with deepest regret that we have made the tough decision to close Up! Aerial Fitness effective immediately. We will not be reopening after the mandated shutdown due to COVID. Over the years we have witnessed achieved fitness goals, mastering a new aerial trick, new friendships and overcoming challenges and fears. We have celebrated birthdays, aerial achievements, and holidays together. We were blessed that we were also able to support local charities, perform in the community and hang out with our circus family through studio outings. We will always hold these memories in our hearts.

 

As we bring Up! Aerial Fitness to a close, some important information for our clients can be found below. 

 

Memberships

 

All membership are considered null and void as of March 16th 2020. Up! Aerial Fitness, LLC and their members who have entered into membership contracts are released from contract requirements. Up! Aerial Fitness will no longer be providing additional services as of March 20, 2020 and members will not be charged for remaining months on their membership.  

 

Refunds

 

Refunds will be processed on an individualized basis during the window of June 1st, 2020 - June 14th, 2020. Prorated refunds will be issued to clients who had paid their membership but were unable to attend due to the mandated shutdown that commenced on March 16th, 2020. Refunds will be based on the amount of visits paid for but not used during the month of March 2020. 

 

Any discrepancies must be resolved by directly emailing Up! Aerial Fitness at upfitnessbuffalo@gmail.com by July 12,  2020. Any discrepancies will not be resolved after July 12, 2020.

 

Groupons

 

If you have purchased a Groupon and have not had the opportunity to use it, please contact Groupon and request a refund. If you redeemed a Groupon through Up! Aerial Fitness but were unable to use it due to the COVID shut down and subsequent closure, please still try to get a refund through Groupon first as we do not have any of your card information on file. All prior Groupons that have been redeemed but expired prior to March 16th 2020 will be considered expired and are no longer eligible for refund. 


 

We will miss our instructors and clients during this challenging time, but hope that everyone continues their circus journey doing aerial, hula hooping, acro or embracing the adventurous circus attitudes that we have all developed with friends.
