Introduction to Aerial

This introductory class will spark your curiosity for the aerial hoop, aerial silks and aerial hammock.  We'll break down the moves in an easy to follow format and show you the possibilities from the ground, UP!

Aerial Hoop Level 1

This metal apparatus looks similar to a hula hoop but is suspended in the air. You’ll learn various ways to mount and dismount as well as try various poses, transitions and simple sequences.

Aerial Silks Level 1

Level 1 is for students with no prior experience or for those still becoming comfortable with silk fabrics. We will be working on the building blocks of silks, including foot locks, hip keys and wrapping, while building up core strength and spacial awareness.

Youth Aerial

Experience what its like to be real aerial acrobat. Children will have a blast training on our aerial apparatuses, such as silks, aerial hoop and hammock. Our trained circus arts instructors will provide guided instruction in a safe and encouraging environment, where their confidence can soar. They will also explore ground activities such as hula hooping, partner acro and fun games. Boys and girls welcome. Ages 7 - 10 years.

AcroFit

This dynamic activity, combines yoga and acrobatics all in one. With a partner and spotter, you’ll learn the foundations of basing and flying as you support one another. You’ll gain an understanding of proper body placement and get used to working as a team so you can learn fun transitions and sequences.

Aerial Yoga

This vinyasa style yoga flow class is a fun way to strengthen and tone your body. You will relax, breathe and gain flexibility all while becoming acclimated with the use of our aerial fabrics. This Aerial Yoga class may also offer a variety of health benefits such as spinal decompression. No yoga or aerial experience needed. Executing Asanas and other yoga poses in the hammocks will surely be a new and different way to practice yoga while in flight.

Barre Fit

Tone and tighten as you gain flexibility through dance and fitness inspired movements while using a barre for assistance.

Bungee Dance

In this class, every student will have their own harness in which the bungee cord is attached in the back. This will allow you to bounce and have freedom of movement in all directions. The bungees will provide resistance needed for strengthening and toning those muscles while practicing fun and challenging dance like movements/sequences. Although not required, we highly recommend wearing padded bike shorts for the most comfort with the harness or form-fitting pants. Bring some water and a towel and be prepared to sweat! For safety of participants, you must be under 200 pounds to take this class.

Cirque Circuit

Combine circus apparatuses and circuit training and you get Cirque Circuit. This class focuses on strength training and targeting different muscle groups. Participates will rotate through different exercises using equipment including stall bars, aerial hammocks, aerial hoop, aerial silks and trapeze.

Core Aerial

Using the aerial hammock, you’ll be lifting, crunching and balancing your body combining both cardio and strength training. Expect to invert while the hammock sling supports and assists you in a variety of fun and effective exercises.

Flybarre Trapeze

This total body workout combines strength building techniques for the back, arms, abs and booty using a hybrid apparatus that incorporates a trapeze bar. If you are looking for a class that will see and feel results quickly, this is it. Get ready to take flight on the FlyBarre!

Open Practice

Need some time to work on the skills that you learned in class? Open practice is a time for clients to practice the skills that they have already learned while our instructors supervise to keep everyone safe. No direct instruction is provided during this time.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

This traditional style vinyasa flow class is inspired by Ashtanga Yoga and will take you through many "basic" yoga poses in a steady, focused fashion. By linking your breath with movement, while getting a workout, it is our hope you will fall in love with all of the amazing physical and mental benefits of this ancient practice! Open to beginners as well as experienced practitioners.

Private Lessons

Want results faster? Book a private lesson with one of our knowledgeable staff! We will gladly help you train on hoop, silks, hammock, acro and bungee or create a specialized workout regiment. $55 for one hour or receive a reduced rate if you purchase a package of 3 at a time.

Private lessons can also be acquired for upper level aerial students or used for a specialty apparatus. Not valid for class pass.
